1. Change of PRODUCT INCREMENT plan date
Planning and auto-assignment algorithms for performers have the following priority:
- Decomposition time of Solution Item (tasks in this SI are decomposed earlier than others)
- The planned date of the nearest Product Increment with unfinished tasks
The nearest one with unfinished tasks means that as soon as all tasks are completed in any of the PIs, the next task will be taken from the nearest PI where there are tasks, and its plan date is the earliest relative to today.
2. Change of EPIC business weight
The business weight of an Epic is the priority of business tasks expressed in a numerical value. It is determined depending on the significance of logically sequential links of all work in the project or the priority of performing a business task in each Product Increment.
It affects the system algorithms in distributing the order of work execution (planning and assigning performers to perform technological tasks).
The scale is from 1 to 10, where 10 is the highest priority.
Tasks in Epics with higher business weight are prioritized in the planning algorithm.
3. Changes in dependencies between SIs.
4. Changing the team for SI
5. Changes in the skill competency (skill and level of proficiency) required for the task.
6. Changes in the estimated time to complete the technical task.
7. Changes in the dependencies between technical tasks.
9. Splitting SI into work for multiple teams.
10. Changing decomposition links - moving elements
