SKILLS - Expertise in a specific area for implementing the project's business tasks (Epic). Connection with other entities of the QPM system: 

• Each skill has its workflow - stages of completing the task for which the executor needs this skill. 

• Child skills (subskills) inherit the parent workflow by default, or a separate workflow can be assigned.
• A skill can be additionally assigned to the Quality Management Process stages. 
• A team member has one or several skills with a certain level of competence for each skill. 
• The required skill for completing a task is determined. 

User actions: 

• Creating, editing skill | subskill at any time. 
• Creating or replacing workflow. 
• Deleting a skill.
