A blocked user loses the right to access the system.
When an executor is blocked, the system removes them from all tasks:
- If a blocked executor was working on a task from the "Doing" stage, the task is returned to the "Ready To Do" stage, awaiting assignment to a new executor.
- If a blocked executor was working on a task that did not pass the review stage and was returned for revision, the task is returned to the "Ready To Do" stage, awaiting assignment to a new executor.
- If a reviewer is blocked, the task they were working on or assigned to remains at the same stage, awaiting assignment to a new reviewer.
UNBLOCK USER
- The system retains all data and actions of a blocked user. When a member is restored (Unblock user), the user can log in using their previous password.
- If a user has forgotten their password:
- Click on "Forgot your password."
- Enter the email address.
- Click on "Send verification code"
- Click on "Continue"
- Enter the code received at the email address.
- Click on "Verify code"
- Click on "Continue"
- Enter a new password.
- The administrator should resend an invitation to the email address of the unblocked member (Resend invite).
