1. Ruler

Overview: Rulers are key decision-makers or managers in the company, typically with full access across all streams and project data. This role can add, change, and update data on most screens and configurations.

- Billing: Full access.
- Company Settings: Full access to Calendar, Integration, and Assignment Criteria screens.
- Members Management:
- Can invite new members.
- Can block/unblock users.
- Can change members' access levels.
- Can add/edit members' skills and proficiency levels.
- Can manage employees' calendars.
- Skills: Full CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) capabilities.
- Quality Control: Full CRUD capabilities.
- Streams: Full CRUD across all streams.
- Objectives: Full CRUD across all streams.
- Iterations: Full CRUD across all streams.
- Tasks: Full CRUD across all streams and objectives.
- Defects: Full CRUD.
- Ability to leave comments on all entities across all streams.
2. Shared (Not Assigned to Any Specific Stream)

Overview: This role has broad access to project data but does not control core company settings or member management. It is suitable for users who need an overview of projects without full administrative control.

- Iterations: Full CRUD across all streams.
- Tasks: Full CRUD across all streams and objectives.

3. Members (Assigned to a Specific Stream)

Overview: Members are stream-specific participants. They have focused access, primarily within their assigned streams, with limited ability to view broader company data.

- Skills: No access.

- Objectives: Full CRUD within assigned streams.
- Iterations: Full CRUD within assigned streams.
- Tasks:
- Full CRUD on tasks within their assigned objectives.
- Read-only access to predecessors and successors in other streams (access includes task and objective detail pages, and displays the related stream and objective cards with detailed information).
- Defects: Full CRUD within assigned streams.
