Automated Resource Allocation and Plan Construction

Automatic resource allocation and plan construction are based on all input data, from product priority to the required competencies in technical tasks.

Phase 1 of Forecasting Construction involves determining estimates and dependencies for Solution Items (SI).

Auto-Update Plan upon Changes

The plan automatically updates in response to changes in:

• Company's working days and hours settings 
• Product Increment status 
• Business weight of epics and all product entities (Subsystem, Capability) 
• Estimates of Solution Items 
• Dependencies between Solution Items 
• Teams assigned to Product/Project/Solution Item
• Composition of teams assigned to Product/Project/Solution Item
• Competencies required for tasks 
• Estimates of tasks (including QMP stage estimates) 
• Incoming/outgoing dependencies of tasks 
• Skill workflow changes 
• Changes in the quantity and/or order of QMP stages 
• Changes in assignment policies (company settings: turning on/off specific rules for assigning performers and reviewers, including fallback policy) 
• Role changes of performers/reviewers in a project
• Number of working days for a team member 
• Competencies and competency levels for a team member
