Capability represents the product's capabilities, the functionality of a large business solution that will be implemented through business goals - Epics. A Capability is always evolving and does not have a completion/implementation date.
Each Capability has business weight.
Business Weight Capability is the prioritization expressed in a numerical value. It is determined based on the significance or importance of a specific capability of the product from a business goal perspective. This may involve analyzing the impact of this product functionality on financial metrics, company strategic goals, customer satisfaction, and other aspects related to business objectives.
Evaluating the business weight of a specific product capability allows determining priorities, allocating resources, and focusing the team's efforts on the product functionality that aligns most with the organization's strategy and goals. It influences the system algorithms in task prioritization (planning and assigning performers to perform technological tasks and defect fixes).
