Workflows - The process that a task goes through from creation to successful completion. The Workflow system is visually represented by a sequence of production stages aimed at coordinating, controlling, and managing the quality of task implementation flows in a stream.
Workflow has a strictly defined structure consisting of basic stages (Workflow Stage) - TO DO, DOING, DONE. Workflow Stages determine and control the progress of stream task execution.
The system allows users to customize the Quality controls stage (on the Quality controls screen). Customization refers to users creating individual stages within the Quality controls stage based on internal company policy rules or the need to incorporate additional quality control actions for implemented tasks and project objectives.
User Actions:
- Creating and editing Quality controls at any time.
- Assigning a skill to a created Quality controls (Sidebar EDIT Quality controls)
- Creating and editing Quality controls stages (including name, estimation method, competence assignment.).
- Setting the order of Quality controls stages.
- Deleting Quality controls.
- Deleting Quality controls stages.
The user can assign one workflow to one skill.
