Connection with other entities of the QPM system:
- Each skill has its workflow - stages of completing the task for which the executor needs this skill.
- A skill can be additionally assigned to the Quality control stages.
- A member has one or several skills with a certain level of competence for each skill.
- The required skill for completing a task is determined.
User actions:
- Creating, editing skill at any time.
- Creating or replacing Quality control.
- Deleting a skill.
