Screen functionality

• Data is displayed based on the selected Stream
• You can view both current and planned Iterations
• All Objectives are visible — in any status (including diagrams during estimation)
• Tasks are shown at every stage of their workflow
• Incoming and outgoing dependencies between Objectives are displayed
• Task dependencies are also shown, regardless of their current status
• Data updates automatically if the company calendar or a member’s calendar is changed
• Changes to the planned Iteration date will trigger automatic updates
• Adjustments to an Objective’s business weight or dependencies are reflected in real time
• Task estimations or required competencies updates also affect the overall plan
• Workflow changes, including skill-specific flows, are applied automatically
• Updates to the number or order of QC steps are taken into account
• Enabling or disabling assignment and reviewer rules will be respected by the system
• Changes to a team member’s competencies or skill levels are considered
• If the team assigned to a Stream changes, data is adjusted accordingly
• The system will alert you about Iteration risks when necessary
• For example, if there are not enough members with the required skills to complete Tasks, you’ll receive a warning
