GitLab Integration. Tracks commits

How the integration of GitLab with QPM works:

QPM User: On the Inbox screen, copies the task ID.

GitLab User: In the commit of the respective project, specifies the copied task ID from QPM.

QPM System:

1. Tracks commits in project branches with task IDs from QPM.
2. When identified, adds commit text and branch name to comments for the corresponding task on the Epic and Inbox screens.
