- Inviting other users at any time
- Assigning skills and competency levels at any time
- Appointing administrator rights at any time
- Data Editing: Editing personal information

Selecting/changing competency level and skill:
- Adding a skill at any time
- To remove a skill at any time will result in the performer being removed from the task.
- Changing the proficiency level of a skill at any time will also result in the performer being removed from the task.
- Adding to the team
- Defining non-working days.
- Appointment of a team lead.

- Unblocking
