1. Registration and Basic User Capabilities
Upon registration, the user gains access to basic system functionalities, including:
- Choosing a plan or subscription
- Payment via available payment methods
- Requesting a demo
- Submitting support requests
- Accessing Help Center materials
2. Subscription and Plans
- Users can select a subscription plan and pay using various payment methods.
- At this stage of development, only one plan is available: Quantum Core ($7/$9).
- While the subscription is active, the user has full access to all features included in the plan.
3. Payment and Transactions
Users can:
- View payment history and transaction details
- Edit payment information
- Download invoices
4. Subscription Cancellation
- No refunds are provided upon subscription cancellation.
- Access to the account remains available until the end of the paid period.
- After the paid period expires, access is blocked for all users except the administrator, who can access the billing page with the option to:
- Renew the subscription
- Request an archive (available for 1 month after the subscription ends).
- The archive can be obtained by submitting a request to customer support.
- One month after the subscription ends, both the archive and the account will be permanently deleted without the possibility of recovery.
5. Failed Payments and Grace Period
- If a payment fails, the system grants a 7-day grace period to resolve the issue.
- During this period:
- Account access remains active
- Payment details can be updated, and payment can be retried
- Access to customer support remains available
- Adding new users, blocking active users, or deleting account data is prohibited
- If payment is not received within 7 days, the account is blocked.
- After blocking, the same rules apply as for subscription cancellation.
6. User Invitation Policy
- Inviting a new user is only possible after a successful payment via Stripe.
- If the payment fails:
- The invitation is not sent
- The account owner receives an email about the payment failure, including a link to the Stripe Customer Portal for issue resolution
- After successful payment, the user can resend the invitation.
7. Refund Policy
- No refunds are provided.
- If the user cancels their subscription, access remains available until the end of the paid period.
- In case of automatic renewal, the user may contact support within 3 days after the charge to request an individual review for a possible refund.
8. Notifications
The system sends notifications regarding:
- Upcoming charges (7 days before the payment date)
- Failed payment attempts
- The approaching end of the grace period
- Subscription expiration and archive deletion
9. Customer Support
Users have access to customer support for payment, subscription, and technical issues.
These terms may be updated in accordance with system changes.
