Duplicate

Rules for Creating Duplicates:

• Objective and Defect can be duplicated in any status.
• Task can be duplicated at any stage.

Permissions for Creating Duplicates by Role:

• Ruler: Can duplicate all Objectives in all streams.
• Shared: Can duplicate all Objectives in all streams.
• Member (assigned): Can duplicate Objectives only in assigned streams.

Key Notes:

• No link is maintained between the original entity and its duplicate.
• Changes made to the original entity do not affect the duplicate and vice versa.
• If a skill associated with the entity is deleted, the system notifies the user during duplication that the skill will not be copied.
