A Task is a specific scope of technical work that must be completed to achieve the goal of a business objective. Typically, an Objective is decomposed into multiple tasks. Each technical task involves one executor and one specific skill.

This is the basis of the auto-assignment principle, and the quality control processes are also skill-based. Each competency has an established quality control process with its own stages. A combination of multiple technical Tasks results in the fulfillment of the business Objective.
