1. Change of ITERATION plan date
Planning and auto-assignment algorithms for performers have the following priority:
- Decomposition time of Objective (tasks in this Objective are decomposed earlier than others)
- The planned date of the nearest Iteration with unfinished tasks
The nearest one with unfinished tasks means that as soon as all tasks are completed in any of the Iterations, the next task will be taken from the nearest Iteration where there are tasks, and its plan date is the earliest relative to today.
2. Change of Objective business weight
The business weight of an Objective is the priority of business tasks expressed in a numerical value. It is determined depending on the significance of logically sequential links of all work in the stream or the priority of performing an objective in each Iteration.
It affects the system algorithms in distributing the order of work execution (planning and assigning performers to perform technological tasks).
The scale is from 1 to 9, where 9 is the highest priority.
Tasks in Objectives with higher business weight are prioritized in the planning algorithm.
3. Changes in dependencies between Objectives.
4. Changes in the skill competency (skill and level) required for the task.
5. Changes in the estimated time to complete the task.
6. Changes in the dependencies between tasks.
