Actions required to use PR review successfully:
- Configure Company Integration
- Add a Review stage with the 'Pull Request Completed' type to the workflow.
How the integration with QPM works:
Inbox user flow:
STEP I:
QPM User receives a Task in the Inbox, which they then accept.
Active Task contains a field called PULL REQUESTS, where he must add a link to the pull request to Complete the task.
STEP II:
QPM User clicks the '+' or arrow to add a pull request and is directed to the Add Pull Requests window.
STEP III:
QPM User clicks Create Pull request
STEP IV:
Azure DevOps User copies pull request URL
STEP V:
QPM User In the "URL" field, enter the copied link.
QPM User can add multiple links to pull requests from both Azure DevOps
STEP VI:
QPM User returns to the Inbox window with the Active task and can now Complete Task.
STEP VII:
QPM System:
If the task is completed and the pull request is completed, the task automatically moves to the Done stage.
QPM User with "Admin" level permissions can manually mark the pull request as completed.
Process constraints:
- Manually completing a pull request artifact is only possible for a user with admin rights.
- Editing the pull request artifact link is allowed for the task executor and a user with admin rights.
- We cannot move the task to the Review stage without pull request artifact.
- If the workflow does not have a PR Review stage, these artifacts will be hidden.
