By default, we calculate working hours from 8:00 AM to the defined number of working hours according to Kyiv time. For example, if 12 working hours are set, the working time will be considered from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Time from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM is not counted, but assignments can be made because the auto-assignment algorithm is greedy and fast.
We also exclude weekends when determining expected dates. For example, if tomorrow is marked as a weekend, the plan will be adjusted to account for 12 working hours.
