Within the Product:
When transferring a Capability to another Subsystem within the same Product, there are no restrictions.
If the Capability is decomposed into Epics, the system's behavior is governed by the transfer rules for the Epic and its decomposition elements.
If the Capability is linked to a defect to determine its execution priority, this link is preserved, and the defect moves with the Capability to another Subsystem.
The priority of fixing the defect, and consequently all tasks created to fix it, may change according to the change in the business weight of the Subsystem. Rules for changing the priority of tasks fixing a defect are governed by the rules for changing the execution priority of tasks at the wf stages.
Transferring Capability to a Subsystem in another Product:
If the Capability is decomposed into Epics, the system's behavior is governed by the transfer rules for the Epic and its decomposition elements to another product.
If the Capability is linked to a defect to determine its execution priority, this link is preserved, and the defect moves with the Capability to another Subsystem in another product.
