Manual transition of task to the complete state

✅ The task can be stopped at any stage of the workflow.

✅ If the task is at workflow stages with an assigned executor, remove the executor or executors if the task is in QMP.

✅ It can only be transitioned to Complete (Done stage).

✅ Providing a reason and accompanying text is a mandatory condition for completing the task by transitioning it to the Complete state.

✅ Only one reason can be specified.

❌ Correcting the reason or adding text to the comments field after transitioning to the "complete" state is not possible.

❌ Reverting from Complete is not possible.

❌ Transitioning to complete from the Done stage is not possible.
