WORKFLOW - The process that a task goes through from creation to successful completion. In the Workflow system, it is visually represented by a sequence of production stages aimed at coordinating, controlling, and managing the quality of task implementation flows in a project.
Workflow has a strictly defined structure consisting of basic stages (Workflow Stage) - TO DO, DOING, DONE. Workflow Stages determine and control the progress of project task execution.
The system allows users to customize the QUALITY MANAGEMENT PROCESS stage (on the WORKFLOW screen). Customization in the system refers to users creating individual stages within the QMP stage, based on internal company policy rules or the need to incorporate additional quality control actions for implemented tasks and project objectives.
User Actions:
- Creating and editing workflows at any time.
- Assigning a skill to a created workflow (Sidebar EDIT WORKFLOW)
- Creating and editing QMP stages (including name, estimation method, competence assignment.).
- Setting the order of QMP stages.
- Deleting workflows.
- Deleting QMP stages.
When creating a workflow on the SKILL screen, the process is automatically assigned the skill name. When creating a workflow on the WORKFLOW screen, the user manually determines the name. If the skill is renamed, the workflow title remains the same and does not change synchronously.
The user can assign one workflow to one skill.
