Visual Review - a type of verification in the Quality Management Process stage. It involves visual artifacts and multiple versions of these artifacts in the task. Depending on the user's functional role, it provides the following capabilities:
- Uploading visual artifacts.
- Adding an unlimited number of artifact versions.
- Leaving comments on artifact versions.
- Accepting existing or adding new comments during the review process across different artifact versions
If the Executor's Inbox screen does not allow uploading an artifact, please check the type of verification selected in the Quality Management Process stage on the Workflow screen. Only a user with administrative access can make changes.
Capabilities and limitations for the executor in the visual review stage:
✅ Upload an artifact and a new version of the artifact.
✅Delete the artifact or its version, provided that there are no reviewer comments, and only for artifacts and artifact versions that have not gone through the review stage.
✅ Mark a subtask (reviewer's comment for the executor) as completed.
✅ Leave comments on artifact versions.
❌ Mark a subtask as accepted.
❌ Delete a subtask that represents a reviewer's comment in this version of the artifact.
- Task execution:
- Upload artifacts using any specified methods - add an artifact on the Inbox screen or navigate to the Visual Review screen.
- Select the artifact in the opened Google Drive window.
- Return to the Inbox screen
- Select the task block and click "Complete task" to move the task to the Review stage.
- The task has been returned for revision:
- Go to the Visual Review screen.
2. Upload the artifact.
3. Review the comments:
3.1 Click on the comment point on the image.
3.2 In the opened Comments sidebar, read/leave a comment on the observation.
4. Upload a new version of the artifact. This is a mandatory condition for moving the task to the verification stage!
5. Mark subtasks (comment points) as completed. This is a mandatory condition for moving the task to the verification stage!
6. Select the task block and click "Complete task" to move the task to the Review stage.
