Reviewer assignment:
- Allow an executor to act as a reviewer if no suitable reviewers are available.
Assign the task executor to review the quality of the completed task.
This criterion is not prioritized over other assignment criteria but is a company policy regarding defining the scope of functional responsibilities and capabilities of team members.
Team lead assignment:
- Allow a team lead to act as executor or reviewer if no suitable team members are available.
If no team member corresponds to the competence defined in the task, assign the task execution or quality review (review) to the team lead.
For example, if the task specifies the competence "Design Middle," but no team member matches either the skill or the level of the declared skill, the system will assign the team lead.
Assigning the team lead is not prioritized over other assignment criteria; it is a company policy that defines the scope of the team lead's functional responsibilities and capabilities as being responsible for the team's results.
